Pt 1/?:

**blooming flowers**

*because of the underground’s rapid deterioration, asgore and tori have been unintentionally neglecting both asriel and chara.

As notices how much his and charad parents are neglecting them but chara pays no mind to it and tries to get as to lighten up more.

But one day chara ends up falling extremely ill, asgore and tori try their best to be there for him but they always end up leaving in less then ten minutes to go deal with royal issues. As begins to resent both his parents more and more over time, thinking that they are both selfish and ignorant to the fact their child is dying.

Things were seemingly getting better, Chara and as were playing in the flowers until chara collapsed onto the ground coughing violently, as rushed chara home as fast as he could, he called for his parents, desperately trying to get their attention but they were to busy having some “royal meeting” and they just wouldn’t listen.

Chara died that day, in asriels arms.

Asriel, full of resentment and anger, carried charas body back to their favorite flower garden and laid them down gently. With his grief, anger, and mind full of resentment, he used his own magic to put upon a deadly disease onto the underground.

Small black flowers began to sprout out from the ground and even from asriel and chara, but asriel pushed and used more of his magic.

He wanted no monster to be able to uplift or overcome what he had in store for everyone, the flowers kept growing and becoming bigger.

Soon it was too much for asriel to bear, his body became weak and he had no more magic left. He lied down next to chara and began to slowly slip away, he had just changed the underground completely for the worst forever.

And he was more than okay with that if it meant showing his parents what happens when they neglect the things they were supposed to love.*
