Results of Second Voting Round of the Fourth MCYTBLR Elections

Greetings everyone! Thank you for waiting patiently for the results and also for taking part as either a voter or a contender in the Fourth MCYTBLR Elections. This time, we got to improve our methods for conducting the votes and can safely say that all of the counted votes were verified and genuine. Each party had put up a fair fight to show that they are deserving of the title, thus pushing the elections to new heights and driving us to do more. Yet as we come closer to the end, only a few get to remain.

This round is won by Anarchy2021 with 22% of the total number of votes.

As promised by the mod team, due to securing the position of the fourth most voted option— the Resistance also moves up in the ballot to the final rounds.

The elections will conclude with a final round of voting among these newly qualified parties and one single winner as a result. Further details will be provided in due time.

Second Round of Voting Begins!

Greetings! Throughout the past few days, we have seen a lot happen. Motives became clearer as voter got to see parties place their judgement and ideals in real time. So we that, it’s time we arrive at yet another conclusion with our second round of votes starting now, Friday 8th October 2021 6PM EST.

Some basic rules apply to voting:

You are to enter your name/tumblr id (preferably tumblr id) to vote. You are only allowed to vote once.

Parties will be shortlisted from 10 to 5 remaining parties as a result of these votes.

The Mcytblr Elections is a roleplay event and the outcome of these votes should be taken as such too. 

Presidents are not allowed to vote but running mates and party members can vote. They can even vote for their own party. 

Results will be declared only after Sunday 10th October 2021, 6PM EST.

An Important Message from the Resistance:

"Hello everyone. Many of you are probably wondering what this message is. Well, you shall soon find out. But first, we need to address some things.

In an effort to be as transparent as possible, I'm going to be telling you a lot here. As you may know, for the most recent debate, we committed some awful actions. We took the presidential candidates hostage. I promise we had reasons, and that it was to try and expose any corruption within the parties hiding under the guise of their president. It's not an excuse. As we can see, deciding which ones are corrupt is up to you. During this debate, we sent out a message during the event in order to scare people.

In that message, we threatened to keep the presidents longer unless the answers were clear to the audience. That was a bluff. We never planned to in the first place. We are thoroughly sorry to those of you we scared and harmed in the process. That was not our intention. Whether you decide to forgive us or not, we shall keep going for our goal. We're trying to save everyone here.

Now, onto this next section. Once again, we are trying to remain as transparent as possible. Many of you may remember that during the debate, a speaker from the Resistance came in and spoke to the people.

If you are thinking that the axolotl that came out was the leader, you'd be wrong. They are not the leader, merely the face of the Resistance. They have been dealing with all of the public image, and all of those repercussions. But they are not the true leader.

You wanna know who it is? Well, here you go."

Greetings everyone! After weeks of letting parties spread out their propaganda, it is time for us to take the first step towards voting for our leader with the first official round of votes. Some things to keep in mind before voting: 

This election is held in gentlemen’s rule. While we cannot really stop people from voter fraud, we trust them not to commit it. 

Each blog is given one valid vote.

Candidates cannot vote however running mates can. They are also allowed to vote for their own parties. 

Keep in mind, this is all meant to be a fun roleplay event, hence the results of this round of votes should be taken as such too.
