This post is going to make me real sad so I’m going to make it quick. Due to the accident Thursday, and the recommendation from the Doc. To avoid permanent damage and forever being stripped from what I love most (music) I will not, be able to perform this weekend, as my hands are swelled up and it hurts to play. PSA GET OFF YOUR PHONE WHEN YOU DRIVE YOUR CAR!! I was hit by a car yesterday walking the dog around 7pm. The man said the sun was in his eyes, I think he was on his 📲. Either way he could have killed me. I thank the lord i walked away with only bruises & lot of pain and that the dog had not one scratch. So please don’t be on your phone while driving your automobile!! You put other people’s lives in danger every time you do!! Also keep some sunglasses in your car for when it’s sunny. When I got these two drums they were rusted or had busted parts. With some TLC they now work and almost look as good as new! The one on the left is around 40 yrs old and the other is around 55 yrs. C !!! Double Stroke Open Roll. Today I officially completed ‪#100daysofpractice‬ challenge. Within the challenge I started several mini challenges. Right now I’m working on playing rudiments at a higher level. To be more specific, North Texas University, have 3 levels, for the 40 essential rudiments. I’m currently on the third right now.
