Itβs dried persimmons π§‘
Thatβs written as "anpo-gaki" in Japanese. Actually, we learned how to make it from American raisins. π
We say "kaki" for usual persimmons. But it's going to be changing the sound a little on Japanese grammar.
That means it changes from "kaki" to "gaki" when it occurs between connecting other words.π
