Breaking down movement so we can see where things movement qualities might not be optimal or even available. Clarifying where there are hardware and software issues. But the big job of Reconditioning is connecting the dots with what we’ve found, with what the client does with their body. We need to contextually examine movement qualities and to do that, we need to know what the client actually requires from their body. So we do video analysis, specific demand analysis needs analysis, and in some instances, we ask the client to demonstrate exactly what they need to do!
