Rebellious Children
[Name], Gregory, Moon.
(Platonic: Where Gregory and [Name] join together to anger and irritate the daycare attendant, moon. [Name] in this story will be rather silent, but a little more talkative when they get to know someone.)
--
When both the quietest (when strangers) and the loudest join ideas, what exactly happens around the daycare? Perhaps they join together to piss off the daycare attendant and his alternate, and perhaps they could gain something during the process as well.
Footsteps batted upon the soft cushions laid out on the ground as giggles filled a tiny area of the daycare. Two small bodies ran around the play structures with a trail of low growls and sinister laughter following after them, one which comparably had malicious intent rather than to the two children had ... well, not entirely.
Seeing that the animatronic was closer than they had felt safe so, the brown-haired boy was quick to act. Quietly, he urged the other kid beside him to keep going and that he'd follow shortly. Nodding, [Name] went on and deeper within the play structure to search for a decently safe hiding spot only they could fit in. They decided to stop, however, and looked out from the second floor of the huge area; Gregory had tipped over two sets of some toys, which [Name] had made out to have been an act of defense and escape, alongside it partially being an evil intention just to spike more anger within the robot.
"Ghr... Clean up, clean up!" He said in a raspy voice, while Gregory rushed to where [Name] hid. He squeezed himself along with the kid, pushing both of them deeper inside the tunnel and into the middle section where if they were closer to either side - the animatronic would have a harder time. The children giggled together, something [Name] wouldn't do if they were alone. Perhaps there was a spark in this certain interaction. Perhaps, too, their sounds of joy had been drowned out, because there is currently a hand biting on one of THE EDGES OF THE TUNNEL, in which [Name]'s face had met with, and instantly - their face of joy became one of dumbfounded. Gregory quickly grabbed their wrist and bolted out the other side.
"Ah," Gregory started as he dragged [Name] along with him. "That stupid robot found us way too fast. [Name], you were being too loud with your laughter!" He joked, knowing full well that if it were because of their laughter, it would've been his that put them in the deeper part of the pit in danger. Quickly, the moon animatronic followed quicker than anticipated, and Gregory pointed at [Name]'s backpack.
"Quick, get the stick!" He yelled, and [Name] knew just what the boy was talking about. They took out the wooden stick they picked up along the way to the Pizzaplex, and had used on multiple occasions whether it'd be for self-defense, reaching far places, and pretty much other things. It was the time to let the precious and amazing stick [Name] had reserved dearest to their heart from the very start.
Saying their goodbyes, [Name] let go of the stick and threw it at moon, who was now tripping on the stick. His system had failed to spot the sudden attack, and he fell face-first on the ground. He struggled getting himself up due to the duo's previous tactics which had all eventually weakened him bit by bit; getting pushed off an open space within the play area, getting plastic balls thrown at him, having each of the duo jump on him from the top of the play structures, and whatever else.
"YOU CHILDREN- Ugh... GREGORY, [NAME]!!!!"

Unexpected Cue
Little Nightmares II: Mono & Six; Primal Interaction
One...
Wooden strands and fiber hung loose on the door, an axe visible from the inner interior as it tore and broke through the sturdy gate. Crashes of the sharp tool broke through the peaceful silence winded by the cylinder music box that stood in the center, melodic rhythms halting their chorus as Six’s hand slipped off its creaking handle. In a panicked state, the small figure backed beneath a wooden table; shadowy and dim. In this world stained with pure corrosion, one wouldn’t expect a usual sight of sanity.
Two...
She hoped her defense was enough for the potential attacker to change their mind and leave; she had backed the most she could into the comparably tall object. Eyes jumping from one object to another -- a box on the left, then the cylinder-shaped music box -- she saw how the tool rolled away slowly before the handle blocked continuative rolling of the metal item and caused it to cease in motion.
Three...
Perhaps there would be a way out …
Four...
Perhaps there would be a new friend found, one to guide her out of this monstrous reality …
Five.
A highly audible crash was heard from the white door, before a thud of what seemed to be of heavy weaponry fell to the carpeted ground. Six slowly peaked up, eyes taking in the change of light as a figure stood under the illuminated area in which was brightened by the uncovered window -- just in front of where she hid. Examining the figure with pure cautiousness, she took in their unusual but unique sort of style; a paper bag over their head, and a long coat draped over their identically small body. The amount of coverage seemed to have an intention of hiding identity, something Six could find out if she wanted. Despite finding these traits rather odd, one singular trait of the unknown figure stood out the most to her curious mind;
Hospitality. Kindness, the will to help.
They emitted energy in which combined positive desires. Unselfish wants, and … loneliness. Lost in a trance, Six reached out to the figure as they offered a hand. As soon as her trance was broken, her eyes landed immediately on the door the figure had smashed open, then onto the small weapon that she heard drop after it had barged the door open with its sharp ends. An opportunity to escape, to run from this potential threat.
She paused, stopping her hand from further reaching out to the stranger. And without waiting for a single second to pass, she pushed by the stranger, letting them land on the floor with a small and shocked grunt. An opportunity to not let pass by.
An opportunity to stop this potential threat.
If only she’d known she’d say the same phrase in the far future where she would finally hold their hand, life depending on her grasp. Not for the first time, but for the final time before time repeats.
