Every year, the Shibir is held with a particular theme and the various activities within it – be it physical activities called Aatalu (games), or mentally stimulating discussions called Baudhik(intellectual discussions) – revolve around the chosen theme.

జ్ఞానసరస్వతి పౌండేషన్

*ఆశయానికి అండగా ధాత్రుత్వం - వారదిగా GSF*.

జీవితంలో ఏదైనా సాధించాలని కలలు కనడం, వాటి సాకారం కోసం ప్రయత్నం చేయడo కొంతమందికే సాధ్యం. అందులో మనమో, మనకు తెలిసినవారో ఉంటే కొంత గర్వంగా ఉంటుంది.

10వ తరగతిలోనే *IAS ఆఫీసర్ కావాలని కలను లక్ష్యం చేసుకున్నది *గండికోట కావ్య*..

*నల్లగొండ జిల్లా, నాంపల్లి మండలం పసునూర్ గ్రామం నివాసులైన శ్రీమతి భాగ్యమ్మ,. శంకరయ్య దంపతుల కూతురు కావ్య.*

*గ్రామీణ విద్యార్థుల సంపూర్ణ వికాసమే లక్ష్యంగా...ప్రతిభను గుర్తిద్దాం ప్రతిభావoతులకు సరైన సమయంలో చేయూతనిద్దాం* అనే ఆశయ స్ఫూర్తితో ప్రభుత్వ బడులలో చదివే విద్యార్థుల కోసం *జ్ఞానసరస్వతి పౌండేషన్ 2008 సంవత్సరం నుండి పనిచేస్తోంది*.

GSF నిర్వహించే కార్యక్రమాలలో భాగంగా 10వ తరగతి విద్యార్థులకు నిర్వహించిన 41రోజుల *లక్ష్యం శిబిరం-2016* లో *ZPHS అజీజ్ నగర్, మోహినబాద్ మండలం,వికారాబాద్ జిల్లా నుండి పాల్గొన్న విద్యార్థి కావ్య*..

శిబిరాలలో తరగతికి సంబంధించిన సబ్జెక్టులతో పాటు,అనేక మంది జీవిత సాధకుల ప్రత్యక్ష ముఖాముఖి కూడా కార్యక్రమం ఉండేది. దాని ద్వారా చాలామంది విద్యార్థులు స్ఫూర్తి పొంది తమ జీవిత లక్ష్యాలను నిర్ణయించుకునేవారు.. అలా నిర్ణయించుకున్న లక్ష్యాలను GSF శిబిరం చివరి రోజులో *ప్రతి విద్యార్థి నుండి FEEDBACK* ద్వారా వ్రాసి తీసుకునేది.

శిభిరంలో పాల్గొనే విద్యార్థులు వివిధ స్థలాల నుండి వచ్చేవారు.

10వ తరగతిలో నిర్దేశిoచుకున్న తమ తమ లక్ష్య సాధనలో ఉన్నవారిని గుర్తించి ప్రోత్సాహంచేది GSF.

*లక్ష్యాన్ని ఆశయంగా మార్చుకున్న వారిని గుర్తించి ఆయా అంశాలలో నిష్ణాతులైన వారిచే సూచనలు, సలహాలు అందిచే వ్యవస్థ కూడా GSF ద్వారా జరుగుతుంది.*

*100మందికి సహాయ పడలేకున్నాం అని బాధపడేకన్నా అవసరమైన వారికి సరైన సమయంలో ఒక్కరికి అండగా నిలబడాలన్న స్పూర్తితో కొందరికి అండగా ఉంటుంది GSF*.

అలాంటి విద్యార్థిని ఈ కావ్య. *10వ తరగతిలో IAS కావాలన్న లక్ష్యాన్ని ఎంచుకుని, దాని సాకారం చేసుకోవడం తనవంతు ప్రయత్నం చేస్తూనే ఉన్నది. ఇంటర్, డిగ్రీ పూర్తిచేసినా IAS లక్ష్యంగా తన అడుగులు వేస్తున్నది. ఆమె నిరంతర ప్రయత్నాన్ని ఎప్పటికప్పుడు గమనిస్తున్న GSF కార్యకర్తలు సంస్థ వ్యవస్థాపకులు శ్రీ సదా వెంకట్ గారి దృష్టికి అందిoచేవారు.

అదే ప్రయత్నం ఇప్పుడు *IAS సాధించే క్రమంలో కోచింగ్ కోసం కావలసిన శిక్షణ ఖర్చులు (సుమారు 2లక్షలు) GSF శేయోభిలాషుల ద్వారా అందిoచిoది.*

*అంతేకాకుండా కావ్య తన IAS లక్ష్యం చేరే వరకు అండగా ఉంటుందని తెలిపింది*.

ఈ విషయంపై జ్ఞానసరస్వతి పౌండేషన్ వ్యవస్థాపకులు సదా వెంకట్ గారు మాట్లాడుతూ..

*గ్రామణ విద్యార్థుల సంపూర్ణ వికాసం కోసం పని చేయాలనే సంకల్పoలో భాగంగా *భవిష్యత్తులో కనీసం ఒక 20 మందికి సివల్ కోసం శిక్షణ ఇవ్వాలనే ఆశయం కూడా ఉన్నది*. *అది కావ్యకు సహకారం అందిoచడంతో మొదలైంది అని బావిస్తున్నాను*.

*ఈ సంకల్పానికి అనుగ్రహిస్తున్న దైవానికి, సహకరితున్న ప్రకృతికి అండగా ఉంటున్న శ్రేయోభిలాషులకు హృదయపూర్వక ధన్యవాదాలు తెలిపారు*.

కావ్య IAS సాధన శిక్షణ కోసం అండగా నిలిచిన మిత్రులు వీరూ & బృంద మరియు VISHNU IAS ACADEMY వారికి కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలిపారు.
