**Buyer Beware**  I write this here as a public service announcement.

They have cancelled my orders in more than one occasion, they sent me a skirt covered with obvious stains on it, and now, not only did they cancel 3 out of the 5 items I ordered, they over charged me as well, and customer service refuses to help me in anyway.  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!  Calling them was a complete waste of time.  So if you’ve been thinking about ordering on forever21.com, I suggest you think again.
