I think what might have happened was from BBH's words he shielded dapper from the explosion so my guess is that they both might have been blown to the sea, we also know dapper was with tina so the same thing might have happened to her. And we know BBH washed up on the shore so it's likely dapper might be lost at sea @-@ but alive!
