I just opened the door to my new studio and I could cry!!! So much stuff piled in, and I'm eally desperate to sort it out but I'm working 7 day weeks right now (for no pay - oh, the joy of building your own business from scratch!) Farewell horrible old house and horrible old landlord. You will NOT be missed ... this is what he yelled at me over ... he wanted me to pay to have this ancient monstrosity (defunct back boiler) removed from his house ... because I had asked him to remove the unsafe "fire surround"/botch job when I first moved in. A weird night. My anxiety was already at pretty high levels and trying to appear "OK" to those around me is getting much harder, but managed to take the kids out for the day followed by dinner in Nottingham and a short spell at the outside cinema at the "beach" on the market Square ... where there was a showing of the Wizard of Oz. Only got this snap before my phone died. Kids were still hungry when we got back so I cooked them a "second dinner" and then followed an absolutely terrible nights sleep. I lost my oldest son Joe very suddenly to a rare form of leukaemia 11 years ago next month. And 9 years ago I received a double blood transfusion after my twins' dramatic delivery. This effectively means that I can't ever donate blood and I've been really wanting to ... but, I CAN donate stem cells and I did a simple swab test provided by @dkms_uk - which I would urge everyone to do - I've received this email and it has made my night ... to be a match for someone would be even more fantastic!
