actually is not fucked up at all, i could have a 3 hours coma nap and then casually going to sleep at 10pm for another 8 hours. it wasn't always like this, ofc sport helps me a lot. there was a time when not even medications made me sleep.

people who don't know me think that i'm only extremely serious, while i'm in fact a sarcastic queen and a tragicomic clown. people who know me probably can't comprehend that i'm a person who struggles a lot, i just don't like to talk about it.
