I won't say this muse has left me entirely, but maybe it's just me and the effort needed to actually think of something that has multiplied to exponential proportions. And the fact that I can't do length now that I've school work piling up and all that.

Um, I'll try to get him back sometime in December when the exams are over and I've time to really sit down and think this through, but if you're interested in other roleplays or just keeping in contact, you can find me here, here and here.

How hard is it to write a time-travelling character without over-thinking the paradoxes and trying to resolve them without incurring a massive headache and lowered confidence in my abilities to think about serious concepts like time.

I found this old sketch on my computer. Although I usually abandon old drawings, I liked how this one turned out so I decided to finish it.

"...And, don't you know, it wouldn't be imaginable for me to have -- survived school till now without your help. ...You know how I'm like when it comes to work, and, well...you deserve much credit for stopping things from becoming a mess, and getting things done. --Whether I liked it or not," Violet added dryly.

"Also...I've never said this before, but... That means a lot to me. Especially this year. And...being able to trust you. --That, as well...was --is-- important. I have very few -- no, I mean... I am glad you are my fag. ...Thank you." The last statement was a fairly quiet mumble.

Violet withdrew, as if suddenly self-conscious, and crossed his arms atop his knees. "Not forgetting, you have musical talent. Isn't that a good purpose in itself...?"
