retro cas backgrounds

so i wanted some different coloured backgrounds for cas in my game, so i ended up making a lotttt insp. by the 70s colour palette.

details:

- 18 flavours

- pick 1 and place in your mods folder

- remember to delete any existing backgrounds before putting this one into your game
