Thank you to all who participated in our Trans day of Remembrance collaboration with Compass Arts. It was an evening of both mourning and resolve. We refuse to let this day pass with no way of suppourting trans lives.

As part of the evening we read out the names of many trans people who had lost their lives over the past year, most of which were from South America. Due to many factors trans people in Latam are more vulnerable to systemic and societal violence. This violence extends to denial of opportunities and reach that are easily accessed in the first world. The aim of our art sale today was to allow a bit of hope and a chance for these wonderful artists to be commissioned as they deserve.

We remember those who we lost this past year and in their name we will bring hope to those who are still here.

when i am president the only two locations where it will be legal for a mcdonald's franchise to exist are inside an airport or train station, and attached to a truck stop. this will be sad for many people such as myself who rely on the mcdonalds breakfast when they have thrown up the entire contents of their stomach the night before, but we can still have dennys for that and i trust we can all learn to cope. things will be better that way.
