To sort of continue with the Wolves of Mercy Falls series, I wanted to review Sinner by Maggie Stiefvater. I loved this book so much. Cole and Isabel were always my favorites and the Maggie bringing this whole new aspect on their lives away from Mercy Falls and the Wolves. I read this book in 2 days because I just wanted more and more of their beautifully dysfunctional relationship. Having this distances from where the other boos take place and the other characters involved creates all this new potential that the author uses really well. Bringing in characters from Coles past to let us get a better concept on the creation of him as a person and all the things in isabel's life that do the same. 10/10. (Art done by Maggie Stiefvater)

The first book I ever read by Maggie Stiefvater was Shiver. I instantly adored it. The book transported me right into Mercy Falls, Minnisota. I was going through a rough time and it saved me. I finished the book in 3 days, which was a record for me at the time. Sam and Grace made me forget all the things i was dealing with at the time. Their isntant connection was so perfect for story. The I read Linger, and loved it more then the first. Cole St. Clair was so intricate and confusing, I grew really attached to him. There was a specific scene where I realized how similar to me. Forever was The best for me. The Growning, dinamic between Cole and the others, especially Isabel was fantastic to read. This book kept me on the edge of my seat. I would give the serise 9/10. Forever being my first favorite, Linger being my second and Shiver comes in third.

‘’You really didn’t see the sadness or the longing unless you already knew it was there. But that was the trick, wasn’t it? Everyone had their disappointment and their baggage; only, some people carried it in their inside pockets and not on their backs.‘’

Trees In Your Eyes, Stars In Your Heart.
Has anyone ever really thought about this Raven King quote? I have... like way more the is nessisary. This quote means so much to me. Litarally the moment I read it i book marked it, put a stickynote on it,wrote it down and put it and my lock screan on my phone, befoe i even really considered the meaning of it. If you rememer, Blue is half tir e e’lintes - so half of her family are “trees”. When Blue talks to Atremus in The Raven King, Chapter 46, he tells her that above all else the tir e e’lintes love the stars. They reach for the stars. So when you really think about it, “trees in your eyes, stars in your heart” can mean, your family is with you and the thing you love is in your heart. Thats partially what this quote means to me. Not what it means for sure
