It wasn’t every day that Theo was out on a date with someone. He was actually kind of excited for it, that is until the woman he was with started to drink a little too much. He couldn’t tell you when his date had turned from friendly conversation to him comforting the blonde woman over a recent break-up. All he really wanted to do was crawl underneath a rock and curse himself for even agreeing to go on a date with anyone, knowing full well he never had much luck in that department, but he also did not have the heart to leave the woman there. He had been comforting her for what felt like years when he finally decided he couldn’t really sit here anymore and do it. Even though the bar was packed tonight, he still turned around to see if anyone stood out to him enough for him to ask for help, and that’s when he spotted a familiar face coming his way. He gave them the ‘pleading eyes’ when their gazes locked, offering a grateful smile when they came over, “Hey, you said you needed me for something?”

“Hey, there you are! I’ve been looking for you everywhere” she exclaimed, eyeing the blonde sitting beside him. A small chuckle escaped her and Victoria grabbed Theo by the elbow, wordlessly leading him to her table. A quick nod to the bartended and a satisfied smile was already stretching on her lips when she noticed the phone he brought to his ear, eyes rolling as he was undoubtedly calling her a cab. 

Taking a seat in one of the booths, Vicky looked up to Theo, unable to contain her laughter any longer. “Seriously? Allison is who you decided to have a date with tonight? Half the town knows she found Marcus with some stripper in their bed, not even a week ago! Where have you been?”

“ I think I need three months of vacation just to recover from today,” Victoria sighed as she let herself fall on the couch where Rocco was already sitting, watching some game. Not even bothering with her hands, she took off her heels and another sigh of relief escaped her lips as she wiggled her toes free from the painful shoes. Without blinking, she reached out to grab the man’s beer just as he was about to take a swig and downed the bitter liquid in one quick motion. “Thanks,” she mumbled and a final sigh left her before she set back on the couch, bringing her feet up to Rocco’s lap, a habit she’d worn herself to lose. After today, she thought. 

“How long do you think it’ll be before people stop staring?” she wondered, her eyes falling on him.

hello everyone! the name’s lana and i’m stoked to finally be joining this little place! here’s a little about my first baby vicky! i’ll have more stats to add later but for now you get a good ‘ole bullets points rundown

born in Cuba, parents moved to NC when she was 2 to live with her aunt who owned the inn

comes from a very modest family, her mother and her aunt passed when she was 6 in a car crash

her father was the manager at the rooster inn and ended up becoming the owner after his sister passed 

vicky had to step up very early and help out at the inn because her father wasn’t making enough and raising a daughter all on his own got tricky 

at 16, she picked up a gig as a singer/musician at a local bistro and after some time, more offers kept on coming in, where she would perform at bars and stages all over town with her then boyfriend who was a tattoo artist (hence why she’s covered in them) 

when she was 21, her father got sick and couldn’t work anymore so vicky was forced to stop performing and work at the inn, full time ( kinda broke her, she loved singing) 

she had to get certified how she could since they couldn’t afford college and when she realized there was no way she could afford any kind of education, she dropped everything and became the manager, while also working service and kitchens on weekends to help out

her father officially stepped down when she was 25 and she became sole owner of the place

when she finally felt like life was finally giving her a rest, she moved in with her boyfriend on her 27th birthday and three years later, they were engaged

all was well and blablabla, up until the very last minute, where he left her at the altar with a little note saying he wasn’t ready to commit and fled the country (or so she thinks wink wink, someone bring him in for drama) 

NOW 

homegirl was devastated, which led her to some very questionable life choices like moving in with her best friend’s ex-husband and eventually sleeping with him 

she convinced her father to go back to Cuba to spend his last years at home so she’s all alone and a bit broken and did i mention, all alone?

the inn is her whole life, she’s given it everything and she’s the very dedicated type, think lorelai gilmore but a bit nicer 

very much life of the party though, drowns her sadness with booze and weed and tries to keep up the act of the entrepreneur who has their shit together but she really doesn’t 

that’s all i can think about for now but i’ll make a nicer, updated version as soon as I figure out the little details about this babe! in the meantime, come plot
