˙ ˖ ✶ Atlas
"Ah, okay," Vex nodded pretending to understand, eyes closed as if in deep thought, but all he could think about was how truly hungry he was in these moments. "Well, I don't think I'd be diving anywhere considering I haven't even kissed anybody, and I also don't think I'd like to engage in that sort of eating."
"Judas' boyfriend, or the host of this party," Vex'ahlia said without truly knowing what he meant in this moment. Was this part of the spell? "Now that's a great question, but I don't know, maybe a pretty elf with brown hair or ooh something fun like colorful hair like blue or pink."

Atlas's lips pursed. Damn. They weren't a real Peter Pan, they weren't falling into their spell's tricks as easily as others. The elf blamed the moth costume for making them forgetful and easily distracted. "I don't think that's what they mean. Eating ass is this whole thing but you should probably figure out what you're comfortable before you dive into the deep end of ass."
The elf nodded, taking in everything Vex said carefully so as not to forget. "And what does an obvious bottom look like?" she asked, wondering what features stood out. If it was obvious, she was going to have to learn how to hide it. "Who's Peter Pan's prince?" she asked, the moth's mind flittering around distractedly.

˙ ˖ ✶ Atlas
"Me? Ah yes that's me." Vex nodded pointing at himself as he tapped his chin. "Don't know, this costume was last minute, and I wasn't intending on showing my ass, but I got a few compliments and people that might be cannibals I guess saying the wish to eat it. Weird, but kind of complimentary." The disguised elf commented to Atlas.
"Guess this is a new story for Peter, I might have to just make friends I guess, or find my prince? Whatever comes first, I just know that I have this sensation that I want to draw Dicks on the pirate and his obvious bottom."

Atlas was a moth on a mission. The elf was determined to get some form of flame back to their princess. The only problem was, they didn't want to catch on fire. If she could get her thoughts to focus, she might have been able to try and figure it out themslves. Instead they were wandering the markets and asking people to ask for help.
Seeing the original lost boy, Atlas had an idea. "Yo, Peter Pan!" they called out, trying to get his attention. For the moment, her thoughts were her owns and not those of a determined moth. It was a nice break and she had to take advantage of it while she could. "Where's your tinkerbell?" the elf asked. The fairy might be able to grant her a wish, or she could use the fairy as a bargaining chip for Ayumu's affection.

˙ ˖ ✶ Elijah
"Yes, Um...Happy Halloween," VEx'ahlia spoke up being shaken from his thoughts as he looked around a bit sheepishly wondering why the man was alone. "Are you alright?" he asked, his eyes now scanning the other as he came closer. "This is a celebration right? Shouldn't we be a little more festive and fun?" The young disguised elf mused, thankful his amulet masked his ears and the entirety of his elf aura and scent, just magical energies that could be akin to any witch.
"Would you like some company?"

Location: in the magic garden just in sight of the pond
Elijah had curled up at the base of one of the trees near the pond, wrapping his cloak around him tightly and settling back into the hood. Luckily the stupid spell the demons had on the area hadn't turned him into a snake, but it made him feel colder than normal. Aside from that, there was the horrible sense of self loathing that had settled into the pit of his stomach, roiling as he watched other people pass back and forth towards and away from the pond to make their wishes.
Someone approached and without realizing he was doing it, Elijah shot a glare up at them before schooling his expression back into something more neutral. "Happy Halloween." He'd take the distraction from this fairytale magic.

˙ ˖ ✶ Matthew
His first real party, and one Vex'ahlia could tell he'd not soon forget. Teleportation unto the yellow brick road wasn't much different from how he got to the city, but the sight that captured his eyes had him entirely transfixed. It wasn't the road or the passages on each side, but that of the man who hosted the festivity, dressed like a villain and having an aura of mischief shroud him. And yet all Vex could do was stare upwards with his 5'5 frame, his cheeks tinted rose as words for once had been lost on him.
"I...Well, actually these were supposed to come with tights but they didn't, and the skirt is ever slightly so short. So Sorry if some or a lot of skin is showing." Vex said trying to cover for the costume mistakes on his behalf, a wave of embarrassment hitting him. "But thank you for this, all of this and...wow," he said as a dreamy look glazed over his eyes as he stared at Matthew.
"I'm actually waiting for someone but I can wait further up."

the road to hell | open starter
for: anyone @vievecorcitystarters location: at the start of the yellow brick road
The demons really enjoyed messing with everyone on such deep levels which made them take Halloween very seriously each year. He knew what stepping into Nightspire Vale would entail and he chose this costume anyway because looking good was paramount, especially with how he was still feeling after his most recent break-up. Dressing up as Maleficent would give him all the opportunity to go as overboard as he wished when it came to bullying others and he could not wait to get started.
But Matthew told himself that he would wait. He needed to pace himself and right now, he situated himself at the start of the Yellow Brick Road to welcome the party guests as they arrived. The fallen deity cut an imposing figure dressed head to toe in black leather complete with horns, a billowing cape behind him that was reminiscent of bat wings and a menacing-looking sceptre in hand as he eyed each party guest that passed by.
"I suppose your costume is... passable..." he drawled as he looked the other up and down, judgement clear in Matthew's eyes, eyes that had taken on snakedragon-like slits as per his own costume. "Now run along. Don't crowd the road..."

VEX'AHLIA DREAMFYRE-CARVALHO
GENDER: Male
SPECIES: Elf
AGE: 27
SEXUALITY: Homosexual.
OCCUPATION: Book clerk
DISTRICT: Garond
BACKGROUND:
Born to outcasts, exiles, or refugees, Vex’ahlia never truly knew the answer of who his parents were. All the boy ever knew was the green fields and hills, the greenery surrounding their home and the woods of which he was told not to wander too far into alone. As a child, you never truly question the rules imposed on you by your parents, as your world view is shaped around them. Vex’ahlia did as he was told, did his chores, practiced his magic, his archery, hand to hand, and whatever other menial task that was expected of him in their humble abode. The boy wondered why they had nobody else around them, why it was just a family of three, but to give too much thought was to succumb to the temptations that his father advised to never give in. Never stray too far from the path, he was told, never stay out past sunset, and as you grew you noticed a pattern with your father. How the man always seemed to be looking over his shoulder, a subtle paranoia that enforced the rules you all followed by. Vex’ahlia began to grow more curious, especially due to the stories of a world far beyond their little farm. Stories of elves and other creatures, even humans who seemed all too frail but with an unbreakable spirit. Stories of love and romance, adventure, thrilling tales that enamored the little elf who began to wish to have an adventure of his own, who wanted an epic love story like the ones in those books. Vex loved his parents, they were all he knew, he loved spending time with his mother who tended to the garden, she taught him magic and archery, hand to hand, how a gentle hand could be more powerful than a fist sometimes. His father on the other hand taught him about the dangers of the world, different types of plants that could prove fatal or vital, he taught him how the world around us would help if we just stopped to listen and ask.
With age came rebellion, not the sort that would end up in yelling matches and slammed doors. It entailed staying out later than usual, venturing further into the woods, to the areas that his parents deemed far too dangerous. But the boy had grown far too hungry, far too hungry to stop that curiosity that kept him moving forward. Vex’ahlia had no idea his sweet little world was about to come to an end. A night out playing with the forest animals should’ve been all that it was, or at least that was the lie he’d told. In truth he had intended to set off on a journey, having packed what he deemed was enough supplies to last him a bit he begun to trudge forward, and then he stopped, a fear of never coming home or angering or hurting his parents took over. Guilt maybe that’s what it was, and so he began to make his way back, but as a familiar smell tickled his nose and a light shone past the canopy of the trees, he bolted home. What he saw was nothing but crimson and smoke, flames erupting all around as the home he knew was no more. Vex called out to his parents but there was no response, but a glint in one of the fence posts caught his eye, a pendant with a note attached, the words having been scribbled in what seemed like a rush. It read “Do not let anybody know of your true nature until you know you can trust them,” and as he took the pendant and slipped it on, the magic imbued in it took effect. His ears changed form, the points in which they ended were now round, he looked…human. Something else was written on the paper, nothing more than a name and coordinates.
Nothing more than the feeling of knowing his parents were alive somewhere, he set off to the destination his mother had written out for him. Worry weighed heavy in his heart and mind, but somehow Vex’ahlia knew he’d see them again. So, as he placed a hand on a nearby tree that began to glow, he summoned the magic his parents had taught him throughout the years. A single word was uttered, Vievecor, and as he began to step through a portal, he soon found himself on the outskirts of a city, his eyes wide with astonishment as he began to trudge forward. Vex’ahlia had never intended to start of his journey so abruptly, but there was no looking back.
