About
Musician Vess Ruhtenberg (Lemonheads, Zero Boys, the United States Three, the Pieces) began touring at age 18, merging his passions for music and architecture as he traveled the world. At home in Indianapolis, he remains involved in the local scene as a record producer, architecture history lecturer, and writer.
Ruhtenberg’s great-grandfather, grandfather, and father were all architects, and though he did not join the family business, traveling the world on dozens of tours enabled him to visit and learn first-hand about remarkable buildings all over the world.
Ruhtenberg is also the music curator for Patachou Inc. His first solo record, “Tremendous Downtime” is due out November 17, 2017.
