here's the template i made for the heavy paper craft model i posted about a week or two ago. I was supposed to go back in and like edit the template to fix a few errors i found while making the paper craft but frankly im too lazy!

I should also mention that when you fold the parts together youre also supposed to glue them so the color's on both sides. And uh for connecting the head to the body, just like use a toothpick and stab it through the place where you wanna connect them. Here's the 3d model for reference btw.
