Day 67 of #100daysofgratitude Today I am dedicating the entire day to my Mother-in-Law-Love, Lianne Hiatt-Dutton. Happy Happy Birthday Lianne! Lianne is a generous, gracious, thoughtful, selfless loving lovely lady. I am inspired by her zest, drive and tireless energy to serve her family and friends! She is so silly, playful fun, she makes everything joyful and uplifting! Lianne spreads her love out to so many and makes us all feel loved and nourished. She's a SuperWoman, SuperMom, SuperFriend, SuperWife and now my SuperMom-in-Love! Day 66 of #100daysofgratitude Today I am grateful for so many little things, like everyday on this gratitude journey. This 100 days has me noticing all day each and every little moment of appreciation and thanks. By the end of the day I am trying to decide which one will represent them all to spread the most love and light. When in mass with my sister Nina, during Father Charles homily, he suggested making the time in your car driving, your chapel, another good time to pray and commune with God! I loved that, I have been doing that more rather than listening to talks or music and it's far more fulfilling and rewarding. At the end of mass, it was announced the giving tree was up, you could go and pick an ornament for a child in need. Right in front of me was a 12 year old girl who asks for earrings. Well, she's about to get some SuperWoman "Veronica" hoops! And my Nina there in the background of the photo picked a 2 year old boy who needs winter boots. It was a blessed day to be inspired to find more opportunities to pray and I'm so glad, another opportunity to give, feels so good! Love. #gratitude (at Old Mission Santa Barbara)

Day 65 of #100daysofgratitude Today I am grateful for my husband Ryan who loves my family and friends so much. Chose this photo of Ryan and goddaughter/niece Elissa who always take the best photos together but also because this is the love of my life with also the other love of my life, my goddaughter/niece Elissa. It's a very dear, precious feeling to see my Ryan so genuinely love my family and friends and how much joy they bring into each other's lives. I'm so blessed, Ryan is the most beautiful human being and he makes my family so happy and they make him so happy! I'm always going to express love and today I kept thinking of how blessed I am with the family I have and how grateful I am to God for everyone in my life, family and friends, they are my heart, they are my love. #gratitude

Day 64 of #100daysofgratitude Today I am grateful to be grateful. I am holding my nephew in one photo and my Mommy in another. I spoke to my entire family on the phone and than we drove to be with more family. Every day should be so blessed that you're hugging and greeting each other with such thanks and love...and the amazing thing I realized, my family already does that! So that is also what I am grateful for! Be thankful everyday, for whatever you can appreciate, because love is all around you. Be love, you are love and you are loved! Happy Thanksgiving! #gratitude

Day 63 of #100daysofgratitude Today I am grateful for all the Thanksgiving morning classes I had the great honor to teach in the past 5 years. There was nothing like the Thanksgiving 8am Bikram practice. I remember waking up very early, leaping out of bed, taking a quick run to the beach to look at the ocean and say a prayer in thanks to God for the gift I was being given to guide the beautiful meditation. I would arrive to the studio earlier than I needed to be there and there would already be cars pulling into the parking lot. Santa Barbara would be so serene and peaceful, but yet you could feel the bubble of excitement surrounding the studio. As soon as the hot room was prepared, the tree lights were on, the doors would open and a stream of joyful Yogis would come flowing into the studio. One by one everyone expressed such love to begin the thankful day with our 90 minute meditation yoga sweat. The class was always mat to and mat. Even though the room was packed to capacity, everybody graciously shared the space and the energy was all love. There was always several moments where we would erupt in laughter and there were the very precious moments of silence that I will never forget witnessing the sound of breath and bodies healing and experiencing as one big family. One of my favorite treasure moments in teaching the Thanksgiving class was to acknowledge our gratitudes and to silently spread love like sprinkles of glitter dust all over each and every student. Although tomorrow I will not be teaching the class I always looked forward to every year, I will take time in prayer to think of each and every beautiful face that I can possibly remember that has ever practiced in that room. I will send my love and breath and all my wishes of health, happiness and gratitude for every sweat we've shared together. So grateful to the community that is a very big part of my heart and that will always occupy that part of my heart. God bless the Bikram practice and God bless all Santa Barbara Yogis and all Yogis worldwide. May your practice continue to always spread more and more of our yoga love. #gratitude #yoga

Day 62 of #100daysofgratitude Today I am grateful for being stretched to the limit. And my limit is limitless. I will rise to it. I welcome growth, I want to expand beyond and beyond, show me the edge, I stretch to it for love. In all my gratitude shares, my intention is to inspire. So for today, when you think you're at your limit, take a deep breath, stretch a little more and have faith that you can go a little deeper for yourself and for the love that will be expressed by your amazing courage to go past your present limit.
