✧・ﾟ:*❄ The great hall was already full of people, yet Elsa had lingered in her room, weaving ice into her hair to keep it in place. She didn't care much for crowds, but as Queen, she was expected to make an appearance. At least Anna would be there to to take the brunt of the small talk and pleasantries - and Aqua ( Elsa’s heart sped up ) would be at her side as a special guest. Elsa wrung her hands as she looked at her reflection one last time. She took a deep breath and let it out, willing her tension and nerves to go with it.

Outside her bedroom, down the hall, and at the base of the stairs stood the blue haired woman. A vision of grace in everything she did, and as Elsa took hold of her arm, a little smirk played on her lips as mischief danced in her icy blue eyes.

❝ You didn't notice, did you? ❞ How could she? The small bit of decorative greenery sat camouflaged against wreaths and blooms - Elsa had only noticed it because it had been in her sight as she descended the stairs, all the while, her stomach flipped and fluttered the closer she got to the other woman.

With a motion of her head, Elsa directed Aqua's attention up high to the mistletoe, hanging innocently above them. What followed was a moment of equal parts adrenaline and impulse, but Elsa took hold of the Keyblade Master's chin and turned her head to where she could press her lips to the others’. They were soft, and warm, with the kiss lasting only as long as Aqua wanted it to, but Elsa felt her body ease against Aqua's, her slender arms wrapping loosely around the other's waist, as eyes closed, cheeks burned and time stopped.

✧・ﾟ:*❄ The Yuletide season already had the castle done up in evergreen wreaths and beautiful lights, but occasionally, Elsa would notice something or other that needed a little more attention, and with Nyx's assistance, Elsa was able to tuck and pull the greenery above one of the doorways into the great hall.

❝ You can set me down. ❞ And no sooner were her feet back on the shiny, polished, wood floors, did Elsa - with a little grin - pull the man down into a kiss, her lips flush against his, her body pressing against him as if he were her only lifeline. As she pulled away from him, grin still in place and face red from the experience, she let him in on her secret.
