Day one (21.04.21): i had breakfast (soy milk and oats) and went for a run (5,5 km). Today I'm supposed to study a lot and I'll do it! See you later ~

Hi, I've not been feeling myself lately. I fell into my binge/restrict loop and my brain seems exploding. Maybe I'll post something to cope, here. I feel bad, I hate this, I hate hating food and I hate myself for forcing me to eat even if I'm not hungry, knowing how bad I'll feel later. I hope I'm not triggering anyone, but I really need to write down this because I can't tell anyone, and I'm in sorrow.
