Not only is this racist, but this modder consistently creates problematic mods that butcher the characters. Sure, I guess I don’t get the “art” behind changing characters that don’t need to be “fixed.” Just create your own grotesque oc and leave the npcs alone. The fact they think this is “hate comments” as if what they’re doing is not hateful itself. The way they change the npcs and have the audacity to still call them “t bug” or “Judy” or “songbird” is an insult.

Hey, can y'all report this mod that whitewashes T-Bug?

This mod not only lightens her skin but makes her nose and lips smaller as well as other changes to her face. On top of this the modder has been deleting every comment calling this out and has now taken to calling commenters "internalized racists" for having a problem with it.

I do not care to hear any "people can do what they want in their own game!" nonsense. Dont know why you'd wanna erase dark skinned black women in your own game but you do you, but this was posted publicly on the internet so Imma say something about it. Fandoms in general are often unwelcoming to black folks and creating, supporting, and condoning whitewashing only adds to that fact!

I just want to apologize for not keeping up with doing mod previews or doing npv photos like I said I would. I just got home from vacation and been exhausted for dayyyys. Been in bed for 2 days because i couldn’t sleep while away and my body decided it was time. I will still take photos later, just not in time to be posted on nexus.

Edit: I’ll also be on console more often just because I want to actually play the game again and enjoy it instead of thinking of setting up shots. I forgot how good it made me feel to play the game again.
