my september goals
food:
❥ quit caffeine, chocolate + fast food
❥ make sure to eat 3 meals a day + 2 litres of water
exercise:
❥ go on 3 walks a week
❥ do morning workouts 5x a week
hobbies:
❥ spend time everyday on -> reading, learning chess and learning german
other:
❥ bring down screen time to 3 hours
❥ deep clean all of room
