STATE INSTITUTIONS

-Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA)

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority is an agency of the Republic of the Philippines created embracing the cities of Manila, Quezon City, Caloocan, Pasay, Mandaluyong, Makati, Pasig, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, Parañaque, Valenzuela, Malabon, Taguig, Navotas and San Juan and the municipality of Pateros.

-National Statistics Office (NSO)/ Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)

The Philippine Statistics Authority (Filipino: Pangasiwaan ng Estadistika ng Pilipinas), abbreviated as PSA, is the central statistical authority of the Philippine government that collects, compiles, analyzes and publishes statistical information on economic, social, demographic, political affairs and general affairs of the people of the Philippines and enforces the civil registration functions in the country.

-Tariff Commission

The Tariff Commission (TC) is a government agency of the Republic of the Philippines.Its mandate and functions are prescribed under Republic Act (RA) No. 10863, otherwise known as the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (CMTA). RA No. 10863 was signed by President Benigno S. Aquino III on 30 May 2016 and took effect on 16 June 2016 (i.e., 15 days after its complete publication in the “Manila Bulletin” newspaper).

-National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA)

The National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) is the primary intelligence gathering and analysis arm of the Philippine government, in charge of carrying out overt, covert, and clandestine intelligence programs. The NICA cooperates with friendly countries and government agencies in and out of the country by posting agents as liaison officers.

-National Security Council (NSC)

The National Security Council (NSC; Filipino: Sanggunian sa Pambansang Seguridad) is the principal forum of the president of the Philippines considering national security and foreign policy matters with his senior national security advisors and cabinet officials.

-Office of the Press Secretary (OPS)

The Office of the Press Secretary is the primary policy planning, programming and coordinating entity of government for the conduct of a relevant and effective information and communications program. Its greater role is to develop people's understanding of government policies and programs as well as enhance public support and trust for such.

-Philippine News Agency (PNA)

Philippine News Agency (PNA) is the official news agency of the Philippine government. PNA is under supervision and control of the News and Information Bureau, an attached agency of the Presidential Communications Operations Office.

-Philippine Anti-Graft Commission (PAGC)

3019 (Anti-Graft and Corrupt. Practices Act) declares that it is the policy of the Government, in line with the. principle that public office is a public trust, to repress certain acts of public officers. and private persons alike which constitute graft or corrupt practices.

NON STATE INSTITUTIONS

-Banks

A bank is a financial institution that accepts deposits from the public and creates a demand deposit while simultaneously making loans. Lending activities can be directly performed by the bank or indirectly through capital markets.

*Retail Bank - focuses on consumers or the general public as its customers.

*Commercial Bank - focuses on businesses and businessmen as its main clientele.

*Investment/Industrial Bank - provide medium and long-term loans and deposits to business industries.

*Agricultural Bank - provide short-term and long-term loans to facilitate agricultural activities.

SINIGANG

This is the moral values that i got in the story of "Sinigang" and its impact to me as 21st century learner.

Moral Values

– The story Sinigang thought me that everyone makes mistakes and everyone deserves to be forgiven. And to the people who knows that they made mistakes admit it and sincerely apologize to the person who you made mistake from.

Impact to me as a 21st Century Learner

– The impact of the story to me as a 21st century learner is that it made me realize that no one is perfect that cannot make mistakes to you or to me. So I must learn how to forgive like how GOD forgive me to all of my sins.
