is it normal to be so afraid of going in to work that you just can't bring yourself to do anything but cry on the floor?

I've had 2 jobs for a while now (about 4-5 months each) and i think the stress just hit me like a semi-truck because hooooooooly shit am i filled with so much dread i can't bring myself to get up. I love my one job where i fix watches, but this other job has just been. ptsd hell. i don't feel okay going in. i was so stressed after one of my previous shifts that i walked for over an hour to just get the fuck away. i broke down crying in some random ass parking lot bc i don't have a car of my own.

do you miss those days? when you were human

The days when your biggest worries were finding more supplies for your friends. Travelling the seas, learning how to make wine, building, laughing and having fun. What went wrong? Was it when your body got ripped apart by a dragon? When you fell to the bottom of the lake, unable to swim up because you were bleeding out? You knew it should've been the end of the line, but it wasn't. You exchanged your soul and your memories for life. Life you never deserved to have, life you owe to a demon now. A demon you killed so you could be free again.

But you don't even recognize yourself Dotai, you've just kept moving like a shark. Afraid that if you stop, you'll drown.
