Welcome back to the Ensemble Stars Valentine's Gift Exchange! After such a great response from our participants last year, we've decided to host a second one! This will be similar to the winter gift exchanges like Secret Santa, but centered around Valentine's Day. You'll read our rules and read them carefully, submit your application, and you'll have about a month to create a gift! We'll be following the same timeline as last year which is as follows:

Sign Up:  January 1st - January 10th 

Assignments will be sent out by January 14th!

Creation Time: January 14th - February 13th 

Posting Period: February 14th - February 21st 

Creation check in will be February 1st!

Communication for this event will be primarily over email so please make sure you provide one that you check frequently, as well as that our email, valensemblestars@gmail.com, is whitelisted and doesn't get marked as spam. Your email will not be held beyond the duration of the event. And if you have any questions please feel free to ask! We're excited to see what you create!

i don't understand why the rule is enforced via year 1 ages when??? they aren't those ages anymore???? also where do any of the new kids fit in then since they didn't exist during year 1??? /genq

you may want to specify whether you mean !! y1 or !! y2 ages because !! now spans at least one full year of aging if not two for some characters depending on when they were born

i decided to draw rinnehimeniki watching a movie together on date night! i think they would enjoy watching movies together; i could see each of them having favorite genres and sharing their favorite movies with eachother. niki definitely ends up eating almost all of the popcorn whenever they have movie date nights, but himeru and rinne probably wouldn't mind (much) :3

Greetings people, it’s been literally an entire year since I posted here but ignore that. Here’s my present for this years @valensemblestars Valentines exchange, which is for @zenyuumi who requested kohiiai shenanigans! I decided to go with the social media idea because I thought it would be the most fun, so I hope you enjoy it :)

I’m aware the prompt was specifically wanting to show the fans’ reaction but I hope you’re fine with it as is anyway because I tried my best! Also, MAJOR apologies about this being so late, I really need to stop underestimating how much time things take me in comparison to a normal speed artist. It took two hours just to outline it, and that was BEFORE I decided I wanted it to be colour coordinated. I definitely spent at least a whole days worth of hours on this and it’s significantly less than what most people would’ve done in that same time, but we got there eventually and that’s what matters! Yippee!

(P.s once again quick note for the organisers, hello it’s Shipsarebeautiful on my sideblog, do not be alarmed)
