What are your thoughts on "The Stones Cry Out" by Hikaru Okuizumi? It takes place in post-WW2 japan, about a WW2 japanese veteran who starts appreciating rocks, and collecting them, after an encounter with a fellow soldier that was on death's door.

I've never read it, myself... but it seems like an amazing bittersweet story! I'll have to buy it... maybe I'll have the guests read it, too! We can all learn to appreciate what we never did before, can't we?

Today I thought I'd give a fact about my childhood! 🌈✨️

When I was little, I'd have whole concerts, my dad would set up an audience of rubber duckies, and my parents would bring chairs and watch! They'd give me tips in candy for such a good performance!

Those were the good days...❤️
