The admin team would like to thank you all very much for participating in Vagabond. It was a very large, very ambitious project, and it would not have gone half as smoothly without your support and interest.

We will hold off on any events or long-term tasks a-la Idol Project for a while. You are, of course, still free to continue flashback and Vagabond threads. The Vagabond Blog will become an archive.

No early morning checks are required, as the location has been set up for a few days. Everyone is expected to be at the Festival grounds by 9AM, and are asked to be seen enjoying the festival all day long. MNet will be filming them at the festival as part of their show they will air in the coming months.

SPECIAL STAGES

Special Slot 1 will be a special stage from the Woo family, featuring the first on-stage appearance from Gabriel Woo.

Special Slot 2 will be a special stage from Athena

Special Slot 3 will be a special collaborative performance from all trainee groups, including undebuted Eternity members (with masks)

Special Slot 4 will be Dynasty and Majesty’s stages.

Special Slot 5 will be a special Team L3THAL Fish tour stage, as they won Unpretty.

Special Slot 6 will be the closing ceremonies, including speeches from KBS and MNet officials. All performers that aren’t performing or on call for the Main Stage are to be present.

All stages will be over by 1AM, and after that, everyone is free to do whatever they like.

Everyone is asked to be up by 10:00. Flights to Seoul happen every half hour with one company per flight, meaning they will be landing at the following times: Radioactive at 1:00, DS at 1:30, Spotlight at 2:00, Alpha at 2:30, 360 at 3;00, and Gaia at 3:30PM.

Everyone is free to go home and get settled back in their dorms for the evening, and though the tour is technically over, they are under strict orders to be at the festival grounds the next day.

Special Slot 3 will be a special collaborative performance from DS Rookies, Pre-Radioactive and Spotlight Jr.

Special Slot 4 will be Dynasty and Majesty’s stages.

Special Slot 5 will be a special Team L3THAL Fish tour stage, as they won Unpretty.

Special Slot 6 will be a special stage from Eternity, ending in the reveal of their February member. This stage will not be released on MNet’s websites until after her official debut on the 1st

All stages will be over by 1AM, and everyone will be taken back to the hotel. They are asked to be in bed by at least 2AM

Everyone is asked to be awake and ready to go by 10:00AM. Flights from Jeju to Busan can only fit one company, and one will leave the airport every hour, starting at noon. Once landed, the tour participants will be loaded on a bus to Gwangju, that is approximately 3 hours long.

Buses will be arriving at the following times: Radioactive at 4:30, Spotlight at 5:00, DS at 5:30, 360 at 6:00, Alpha at 6:30 and Gaia at 7:00. Everyone is free to spend the evening as they please.

Special Slot 6 will be a KBS Docking Station Stage. All tracks will be performed; tracks featuring Abe will be performed closer to the end of the night, and tracks featuring Empire members will be performed during Abe’s set on the Main Stage. 

All stages will be over by 1AM, and everyone will be taken back to the hotel. They are asked to be in bed by at least 2AM

Another fairly free day, all tour participants are free to explore the city, keeping in mind that they have a responsibility to stay out of trouble and to uphold the reputation of the companies and the tour. Rules will be a little more lax, seeing as they are back in South Korea. Shopping, downtime at the hotel, sightseeing and rehearsing are all suggested activities for the day. Rookies, trainees and younger performers are asked to stay together unless they have permission to join another group from both managers, and none of them are allowed to leave the hotel alone.

Mandatory rehearsals at the festival grounds include rehearsals for Syndicate, Majesty, Dynasty, Heart2Heart, Eternity, DIVA, Fusion, and Trainee Program groups. Additionally, Bambi is required to spend extra time practicing at the festival grounds. Everyone is asked to be back at the hotel by at least 1AM, and must check in with the tour manager before turning in for the night.

Everyone is expected to be in the lobby ready to go by 8AM, and then will be driven out to the airport. The first flight (Gaia & Radioactive) leaves at 10:00, with the second (DS & Spotlight) departing at 11:30, and the third (360 & Alpha) taking off at 12:15PM.

The flight is approximately 7 hours long including layover time, so the flights will land at  5:00, 6:30 and 7:15 respectively. Everyone will be free to spend the rest of the evening as they please.

Special Slot 6 will be a special stage from Leaders from each group (excluding Empire), where they will be discussing the tour and it coming to an end

All stages will be over by 1AM, and everyone will be taken back to the hotel. They are asked to be in bed by at least 2AM
