Ok so since this is my blog and I can do what I want here are some of my favorite galra Keith headcannons and such
- it wasn’t super obvious when he was a kid, the first sign was he would growl when he got upset, and sorta purr if he was comfortable. He learned to hide this pretty early on
- then when he lost his baby teeth they grew back in super fast
- the first time he lost an adult tooth it was in a fight, the next day he woke up to a sharper replacement, he kinda just assumed this was normal and didn’t do anything about it. But he was worried about how pointy it was so he tried not to open his mouth too much
- his nails were very thick and hard to trim, they also retracted and lengthened when he was nervous. That freaked out some foster parents so he put his hands in his pockets and hoped no one would notice
- he knew it was weird but he didn’t want people to know out of fear of being experimented on or something
- he accidentally scared some foster parent shitless while getting a late night snack cause apparently his eyes were glowing. They sent him back to the agency that night calling him a demon. He made sure his bangs covered his eyes after that.
- it took him awhile to realize that not everyone could see in the dark as well as he could, or smell as much
- shiro didn’t really know what to do when he saw his kinda brother jump four feet in the air to climb a tree. He chalked it up to puberty and tried not to think about it too much
- at some point when they were in space his ears started hurting a lot. Eventually they started to change the points getting longer and sharper and the lobes jutting down slightly (think his moms ears)
- after a while he got more comfortable with this part of himself and kinda just went with it.

I know keith isnt "canonically" gay, but come on. he's so.... you know. the way he LOOKS at lance... COME ON. I dont think he qualifies enough to be in the poll, unless you wanna argue the marketing team using klance to appeal to the fandom (ie. the hot topic shirts). I mostly say this because i love them so dearly and i'm tired of pretending i dont. also i FULLY (personally) believe that klance does qualify as bait, specifically how they used their relationship to try and keep people hooked then by the end of the show they barely interact or really even seem like friends. maybe not bad rep (because it's not even rep/canon), but def soooo queerbaity.
i 100% agree that klance qualifies as queerbait and i refuse to let this herstory be forgotten.
…….. has anyone made a most iconic queerbait poll yet.
