Seen on the Acer online store — not only can you not have -2 of something, but that “Out Of Stock” in green just rubs me the wrong way. It should be orange or red. Feel like you don’t need a degree to know that?

iOS 13:
The Share button was moved to the top-right corner in the Share Screenshot flow, when throughout the rest of the OS, it is (and has always been) in the lower-left corner. Porque??? Literally the Share Screenshot flow in iOS 12 had the Share button in the bottom-left. Why change it? And why not change it everywhere?! UGH.

Okay, I need to check if other pens do this — but basically I was annoyed that the ‘Google’ didn’t line up with the clip on the pen. Then when I placed it on the desk, I realized why. So that when the pen is resting on a flat surface, the ‘Google’ is perfectly angled so you can see it. Very subtle, but huge impact.

I feel like the status bar at the top should switch to white? Just me?

Meant to post this like...a long time ago. Better late than never, I guess?
On the left is an update to MS Office apps, where it would show you this pop-up every time you opened any Office app. Your options were either “Accept” or “Learn More.” You could opt-out, of course by going to Settings, but only after you first Accept. If you used the X in the top left, you’d be harassed by this dialog box every time you tried to open _any_ Office app.
On the right, an update to the previous update (maybe like 2 or 3 weeks later), where you are actually given an option in the form of “Yes” and “No” buttons. The “Learn More” button was demoted to a mere link. This is how it should’ve been in the first place. Don’t annoy your users by a) forcing them to choose something they don’t want; and b) making them do extra work to choose something *you* don’t want them to.
Seriously, who at Microsoft let this happen?
Also, if someone at Microsoft is looking at my résumé and somehow found this post — hi! (Please don’t take this personally 😅)

PayPal’s “Info” icon...doesn’t match the rest of their UI and is, quite frankly, ugly.

Netflix doing Snapchat-style trailers now? I don’t like it but props to whoever came up with it.
