The mountain in which the humans fell in is not named MT.Ebott, but MT.Tuyoki, Temmie Chang's nickname. This is a reference to Earthbound, specifically the mountain "Mount Itoi", named after the creator of Earthbound.

Mad Mew Mew's NEO form is named "The Undying Mew Mew", meanwhile Alphys' Undying form is named "Alphys NEO".

The save points in Deltarune swap with the save points in Undertale.

Underswap has got it's Deltarune equivalent, too. It's name is "SUNWARPED".
