Exactly how strong is Core Frisk? Their a Frisk, meaning they can already kill most monsters. And their also omnipresent and to some extent able to inhibit the powers of us players/anons to some extent. So are they one of the most powerful beings in the multiverse, or just a Frisk?

While they are incredibly wise and intelligent given their omnipresence across time and space, and they also have access to anything thanks to whatever can fit in the pocket dimension that's in their eyesockets, and they exist in a 7.5D plane... They can barely lift anything heavier than a box full of spaghetti. So they're not really strong in terms of they can throw a punch, they're strong in that they can hypothetically stop anything before it ever happened. That besides, no, I don't imagine they have "player" powers (whatever that even means).

If someone like Last Breath Sans someone else with another entity connected to another person's soul. Would both people be able to enter the OT if invented, or just one?

Weirdly specific, but that'd probably hinge on how independent they are. If one learning meant the other knew, they'd both be able to enter. Being invited isn't a requirement to enter. So if you had a Chara Narrator and a Frisk pair who were invited to the OT, Chara tags along regardless if they opened the door themselves.

You know, I'm curious, poppy, I know that the laws of physics and just reality in general can vary from one OT resident to another. How are commodities for those kinds of situations? like, someone who can't eat magical food, people that cannot be healed by spells, etc... I mean even less about like magic or physics, like exclusively aquatic people and the such also come to mind.

More than happy to clarify! Though Core is omnipresent, for every timeline they appear, there is another one where they don't. So to an outside, it would almost look like it's a 50/50 they will appear.
