What are some books you think are a must read or just books you enjoy in general?

I earnestly believe that everyone should read The Perks of Being a Wallflower at least once. The movie does not do it justice at all. The book is SO powerful—emotional and timeless and heartfelt. I read it as an adult (it's supposed to be YA) and it's one of the few YA stories that has lingered in my mind. Another book I think everyone should read is Tuck Everlasting. I think that's one of the books that shaped my taste in fiction. It's so melancholic and romantic and, in this day and age, controversial. But I loved every second of it.

The Shenvadi AO3 writers are operating on a whole other level. The number of killer fics for this crackship is absurd, I'm used to seeing maybe one or two great fics in crackship land, but here? Pretty much everything is like the most convincing thing I've ever read.

if Shenvadi writers have no fans, I'm dead. You're right, it's not very often almost every fic in a rare pair ship is top tier, but The Pitt has a lot of absurdly good fic writers anyway. I think it's because the show itself has drawn a wide viewership from an older adult demographic? Whatever. Either way, it's great. I've been letting the Shenvadi/Mohabbovitch tags fill up so I can go on a proper binge when the show comes back and I'm so excited.
