Im so happy as of right now i did not eat nothing today i was so close to binge eating today my mom made rice beef with sauce and bean sauce it look so good but i did not eat it my sister ate it for me :) but that does not change the fact that i might fuck up and im still fat

this is such a wake up call for me to try to work harder and lose weight more and more

why don't you put the fork down, this is your chance to ACHIEVE something in your pathetic little life. do you really want to stay fat and undisciplined, you'd have to be an idiot to refuse skinny. think of all your bullies and enemies seeing you, watching you get fatter and fatter. i promise you we all see the calories and fat in the form of gelatinous yellow visceral fat around your thighs and waist.
