um hi ig? i haven’t been on here since september and it feels weird. i’m changing the direction of my account! i’m currently trying to figure out an identity outside of my ed and my mental illnesses.
i’ve been in recovery for a year now and it’s been quite a ride. i can’t say i’m recovered yet but at least i’m physically feeling well.
but everything has been quite lonely. irl i don’t have anyone to talk to about my struggles. my friends atm don’t know i’ve struggled so much with my mental health and i prefer to be like that. yet sometimes i just want to share what’s going on in my head.
so, from now on my account will be focused around recovery, recovery struggles and my life outside of the struggles.
here’s to new and better days🫶🏻

gotta love being a woman😍
i was on the bus blasting music in my airpods bc getting on the public transport alone is still something that’s hard for me to do. i went to the side and i was texting a friend when i can feel a man is staring into my soul to the point where i got chills all over my body. i take off one airpod and he proceeds with asking me if i had something (at this point i’m zoning out) and i muffled no and put my airpod in again. then he continued staring at me until he went away eventually. it got time for me to get off and i can see that he’s also getting off and keeps staring at me. luckily he went into another direction.
and while all this is happening the bus was freaking full. the guy didn’t talk to anyone but me. now i’ll be paranoid that someone is following me.

okay i have to make some rules for myself bc without some kind of routine i feel like i’m going insane.
so for starters, ed rules:
1) min 5k steps (if anxiety is too bad to go out - just walk around the house)
2) eat only in front of people (so breakfast and dinner)
3) between breakfast and dinner - low cal drinks, fruits, vegetables
4) lots of water!!!! min 8 glasses of water
5) no eating of foods that will trigger b/p urges (like sweets) - try to find healthier options
6) no eating out (if i have to meet up with a friend - only at cafes and no eating)
