When I got diagnosed, the doctor pointed out specifically that I was impulsive. What do you think is the biggest trait of your disorder? How do you want to work on it?
I personally want to start telling myself "no" more often. I have a real hard time with smoking too many cigarettes, so lately I've only let myself have 3-5 a day instead of a half a pack to teach myself some discipline so I can get over my dangerously impulsive behaviors.
One day at a time.

This account is for people with BPD and other personality disorders to come together and talk about their experiences, emotions, and thoughts. I wanted to make an open conversation about this stigmatized subject, as someone who was diagnosed recently with BPD, it's something that is very important to me.
Please be respectful of everyone here.
This is an SFW account, I will not ask that the account you use to interact be SFW just that when commenting you keep it SFW.
