For the past three or four days I’ve been reading Duck comics since I ordered Donald Duck digi comics myself (it’s a Finnish thing, sorry guys) I’ve had so much urge to revive my Fethry blog because I-... Fethry in comics is just pure gold <3

Now making some more new comic icons for myself ))

It was always nice to run into people who approves Fethry’s random business ideas! At times Donald went with them even thought he shot them down. One reason Feth came to his cousin with the ideas, he always knew what to say or if the idea was too far-fetched. 

Fethry’s smile widened even more when Storkules suggested his own idea. This guy was brilliant! An absolute genius! He’d make such a good business partner! Maybe from now on he could ask advice from Storks instead of Donald!  As Fethry was invited back in he thanked the demi-god and stepped back indoors, sitting at the table.

“You gave me such a great idea. Message carrier chickens, I like the sound of that! We just need to teach the chickens how to fly, and then how to coordinate to their destination! Simple! You could make a great business partner along with Donald!” Fethry said with hype in his voice. He was more than happy how his trip turned out to be, full of positivity and none of his ideas were shot down with reality nonsense.

“How about we start farming potatoes next to the pool, and bring chickens in here? Like have two business going on at the same time. This place would provide the perfect environment for the chickens to live in and there are lots of room for a field of potatoes to grow!”

If Fethry were like ‘normal’ people he would have questioned everything Storkules have said while introducing himself. But since Feth knew how this family worked, what kind of scary and weird situations they managed to get themselves into, he didn’t even question the fact that he was shaking hands with an actual god at this very moment. Fethry actually smiled happily at the other. It was always nice to get to know new people!

“Very nice to meet you Storkules!” he said after a moment of hand shake, soon letting go. “That is a honorable title you got there, I like it!” not even a doubt back on his head about it. He did believe Storkules and the fact that he was who he claimed to be.

But soon the smile faded away. “Oh, that’s unfortunate. I was gonna consult my cousin with some ideas I got for a new job and I would have really need his advice for some of them” Fethry did want and need Donald’s opinion on stuff before commencing anything.

“But hey, you are here! Maybe you could help me out! I mean you are cousin Donald’s bestest friend after all!” he suddenly squawked as he got this idea. “I bet you have also good opinions on stuff just like Donald has!” not that Fethry gave any time for Storks to decline the offer as he suddenly started.

“Okay hear this out. I thought it would be a fun idea to start a business where people can rent a chicken. You know for birthday parties! Classic meetings, maybe as a company for the lonely elders, etc. These chickens would be like well trained for their jobs and dressed up correctly for the occasion! But-.. I would need a place to keep the chickens so I thought if Donald could keep few in his house” there was the first random and stupid business idea.

“Next idea would be farming a potatoes! Not any potatoes but with a written message of some sort, like a fortune cookie, but the message is written on the outside! That would make so many people so happy! Right? - . . . but I need to buy myself a small spot of land to make this dream come true-..” Yes he was finally done with his random ideas.

“What do you think? Which one should be better idea?”

As Storkules picked Fethry up the only thing in his mind was how stupidly strong this guy was. And of course the main thought he might be killed now. Maybe the same thing have happened to his dear cousin!? Fethry was not gonna give up tho. No way sir! He tried to struggle himself free from Storks’ grip, but before he knew it, he was placed down, right outside of the houseboat. What kind of trick was this? Fethry was utterly confused by this. He raised his other brow as he listened the other.

“Okay that was unnecessary and rude” he said with a head shake. Not that there was anything polite on walking in someone’s home uninvited and without knocking. But that’s just how Fethry rolled. He always loved to surprise his cousin with random visits. “Sure knocking is our customs but not when you want to surprise someone. Or like sneak in and rob them or kill them” Yes Fethry did have bad choice of words at this, and this was one of those times. “But what exactly do you mean by mortal? Of course we are mortals, what kind of guy in this planet is not a mortal?” Storkules had managed to confuse poor Fethry, not that it did take much to do so but-...

“If you are Donald’s bestest friend, why haven’t I ever met you before, or even heard about you?” Fethry frowned in suspiciously as he gave a good look at the other from head to toes and back to head because it was rude to stare down when talking to someone. But soon it hit Fethry like a lightning. How can he know for sure he haven’t heard of Storks before, he doesn’t even know his name yet. Donald may have mentioned him before.

“Let’s start over shall we” Fethry said and craned out his hand to offer a handshake  for the other one. “I’m Fethry Duck, Donald’s favorite and bestest cousin of all time!”

“Cousin how could you! That was such a horrifying moment! I was middle of telling a good joke to Mitzy!”

"Over heard some younger people talking in a park. One of them suddenly saying;  'People who are goodlooking but have terrible personalities are basically real life click baits’. I would agree but there’s one thing that is bothering me- . .”

“What’s a click bait?”

Fehtry listened the other talk, tilting his head on side to another. Little bit confused what he meant with that, or whom. But the way the other duck put it in words made Fethry smile a little. It sounded somewhat poetic.

“That sounds really nice. Except the storm part. Storms are the worse at night” Fethry got off track for a moment there. “But dreaming about something nice, that’s always nice, better than having nightmares”

“Was this line from a TV show or-..” yes, Fethry may have seen the other on screen, or at least someone who looked like him.
