I am Kholood and I am 30 years old. I have two children, one of whom is a month old. Our life in northern Gaza is getting more difficult and no one sees us. I started my campaign. Perhaps I could survive death and famine with My family . Our life before war wasn’t like this. My house was destroyed and I live with my family, and their house was also partially destroyed.

Hundreds of thousands of Palestinians in Gaza remain homeless. Many returned to their towns and neighborhoods only to find their homes destroyed. The ceasefire agreement includes provisions for temporary shelter, yet nothing has been allowed in. Northern Gaza urgently needs 135,000 tents and caravans, but none have arrived. Both temporary shelter and long-term reconstruction are at risk of becoming political bargaining chips. This is utterly inhumane and must not be allowed to continue.

The horrors after returning home:

I was very happy when I arrived on the outskirts of northern Gaza after a year and a half of oppression and displacement, but that joy quickly turned into deep sadness and indescribable shock.

My family cried blood when they saw what happened to their homes and neighborhoods in the north. There was no life at all, no water, no electricity, no infrastructure, and no basic requirements for a decent living.

What happened in Gaza is not just a passing crisis, but rather a major catastrophe, genocide and comprehensive destruction that befell the Strip. People are still trying to comprehend the magnitude of the tragedy.

We have just finished putting up a tent next to our destroyed house, and we are now facing new challenges. The place lacks water and the infrastructure is completely destroyed. We urgently need to provide water tanks, so we can build a bathroom next to the tent.

Water is the basic necessity of life; and the Zionist occupation has robbed us of even this dignity. They wanted to rob us of our lives, of our lands but, Palestine is ours. Gaza is ours and we will plant our roots once again and rebuild our homes here. Please stand by us in support. The goal is to reach 3000€

Urgent humanitarian appeal from Gaza, I am Ahmed Al-Dhani, 15 years old from Gaza, I live with my family in a tent above our house that was destroyed by the bombing. We used to take shelter in it from the winter cold, but it could not withstand the storms, its roof was torn off and our mattresses were soaked in the rain. This place is all we have left, and we do not have anything to help us restore the tent or provide a cover to protect us from the cold.

How many of you have plans for your future? Do you have a career that you're working towards, and goals you hope to achieve? Do you have younger members of your family that you hope to see grow up safe? Do you want to start a family of your own?

Even if you're not sure about your future, the knowledge that you will have one is a privilege many of us take for granted. Amidst a violent occupation, Palestinians have tried to build futures and lives for themselves, and have been very successful. But recently, many people have found it hard to hold onto their dreams as their home is destroyed all around them, and their pleading with the world to help them falls on apathetic ears.

The fundraisers that you see shared on here are these families lifelines, but recently I've noticed that people have completely stopped caring about them. This is not normal and it's not okay!! If you are exhausted, I need you to consider how exhausting it is to live through it! Every fundraiser you see is a real person. These are not just games of getting numbers to go higher. These are people's hopes of survival, hopes for the future, hopes for their children.The way you react to these campaigns has a real effect on these people, has a real effect on their ability to believe in a better future and hold onto hope.

Your alliance with the Palestinian people has to be material and concrete. My friend Dina has been struggling severely to see a future for her children as her campaign goes ignored and her pleas for help are met with silence. Her children won't survive on your well wishes, they need actual help. Please don't stand idly by while this genocide continues. You may have seen the horrific crimes occurring every day in Gaza but you haven't seen how my friend fears for her and her children's lives every time a new horror occurs. Only you, through your support and care, can restore her hope for the future.

Hello everyone, a very dear friend of mine was recently essentially kicked out by her family. Her parents found out her HRT and gave her an ultimatum: stop taking her hormones, or leave the house. She wasn't gonna stop after fighting so hard to get them, so she decided to leave.

She's currently on her way to a friend's house to crash on their couch, but the move means she has to start anew: she could only take some of her stuff (mostly what she knew she would need), she has to find a new apartment, and a new job.

She's safe, but very emotionally drained by the whole situation. She also will need a lot of help rebuilding her life, so I'm here on her behalf asking you to do just that.

im looking for a my hero academia/boku no hero academia fanfic that i read a while ago on ao3 but don’t seem to have saved. It was a bakudeku mer AU in a prehistoric setting. Bakugou was a deep sea volcanic mer without sight or hearing who communicated through touch, and Midoriya was a coral reef mer living away from his pod. There was no dialogue because they didnt speak as mers. It was two chapters—the first was them as animals living out their story together, and the second was them in a sci-fi future where mers were extinct discovering mer fossils and realizing they used to be a pair of mer mates.

I can’t find it in my bookmarks or the regular pairing tag, so either it’s tagged very, very sparsely or it’s been deleted. Does anyone else remember this fic? tysm!

Bakugou gave Midoriya a “rock” that was actually his egg, and Midoriya tore apart the baby in jealousy after it hatched. Fight, make up, apologize, compromise, mate. They hunted and ate other mers in like an animal way. They learned how to cultivate plants together in their mid-zone den (to accommodate Bakugou’s deep-sea needs and Midoriya’s shallow zone needs). They had two kids together. They decorated their den with the bones of their meals. In the second chapter, Midoriya was a marine archeologist and Bakugou was still blind (not great blindness representation—“milky white eyes” trope). The future sci-fi world’s environment was completely destroyed and humanity had artificially replicated all natural life, but there were still efforts to clean up the world and restore its original environments (Midoriya’s goal). He went down in a submarine research expedition and got so much deja vu from the new extinct volcanic mer species he discovered that he finally unlocked the memories of his past life and ran to tell Bakugou (who he was dating by now) about it, only for Bakugou to fondly tell him he was waiting for him to figure it out.
