I have feeling that if there would be a stranger and waved to Krueger/ Nikto…( idk just for fun) Krueger would be the one to wave back??

Yeah, sure that’s true. He would probably be a tad surprised to be waved at in the first place, so he would return it with some amusement while Nikto gives the Kubrick stare (tm).

But like… it would be like a bear grinning at you. You just know, the charge is coming.

Nikto seems more hostile on first glance, but socially, he is way less risky to be around than Krueger because he is at least straightforward. Krueger’s likes to put his fingers into other people’s brains and just… stir a little bit. Just to see what will happen.

So if he waves… keep walking, just on the off chance that he is bored. Safety first.

Heavily inspired by @cerosin-bis fic Remanence and a resulting exchange at around 1 am.

Based off this scene, with some freedoms taken:

Nikto watches as Krueger then, without breaking eye contact, flicks his cigarette backwards between his thumb and index fingers, opens his mouth – puts out the cigarette on his own tongue. He doesn’t even flinch. Sitting between them, Nikodim is mortified. “What the fuck.” Nikto smiles. He understands now.

Staying with @ilragnotessitore in rome, visiting all the places of our shared stories, experiencing the heat and, when too tired to move, watching Spartacus.
