So I've been exploring and rediscovering new ways to process emotions, namely grief, to make this overwhelming feeling dislodge from my chest into my hands and onto some other medium so I can... Feel and not drown in feeling... And also give color, shape and texture to what would otherwise be just grey fog... journaling, drawing, community and compassion have been really essential on this journey.
