   mike resembles a wide eyed deer when he looks over to see the other that’s oh so eager to catch up with him. it’s not every day that someone comes up to him like this. he’s more confused though , CURIOUS in a sense. slowly stopping in his tracks until he comes to a stop next to the stranger , watching as he pulls out his badge. that , that is when this kind of guilt sits in him. he hasn’t done anything wrong -- he knows that -- but a detective was looking for him. what if he was framed for something? “ uhm ---” mike shifts on his feet but nods slowly. “ --yeah you can ask me a few questions. . . i haven’t done anything though --                                             I SWEAR. “

    “hello, excuse me,” levi catches up to the other quickly, falling into step beside them. “sorry to have to catch you like this, but we haven’t been able to catch you at home,” he explains, referring to himself and his currently-absent partner ( since he insisted on following up the other lead levi is sure leads to a dead end ), pulling out his badge as he does so. he flashes his detective status at the other, places it back in his coat pocket. “you mind if i ask you a few questions ?”
