Kuroshitsuji Wiki: Migration from Fandom Wiki?

Hello! I mainly set up this tumblr because I have something very important to inform you about and discuss regarding the Kuroshitsuji Wiki.

As you may know, the wiki is currently hosted by a company called Fandom, and you may also know about Fandom Wiki's terrible reputation that has been becoming worse with every year.

And after years of gritting my teeth and continuing on regardless of Fandom Wiki's many ridiculous, sudden changes, I have finally reached my last straw. I could live with (albeit be very annoyed about) the layout changes and the replacement of Forums with Discussions, for example, because, at the very least, I could still edit the wiki. And editing the wiki and filling it with info is what I chose to do nearly a decade ago - and what I genuinely love to do.

Well, and then Fandom Wiki introduced their latest policy.

With their latest policy (the Offensive Terms Policy), Fandom implemented an automatic filter that bans certain words to enforce this policy. Unfortunately, the policy and its accompanying filter system has rendered a good chunk of the Kuroshitsuji Wiki uneditable because, as you might have correctly guessed, one of the now-prohibited words is fag.

Because enough is enough, I want to propose moving the Kuroshitsuji Wiki to another platform.

I've been so afraid of moving the wiki but I'm not afraid anymore. However, while I can move it elsewhere alone, I cannot and do not want to decide this all by myself. Wikis are for the community, and that's why I want to ask you what you think about the Kuroshitsuji Wiki migrating/forking from Fandom Wiki.

For that, I have prepared a survey, and I would be very grateful if you could participate in it. The survey contains everything I wrote here and much more (i.a. on the policy and Fandom Wiki's past misdeeds) so that you are properly informed and can make an informed decision.
