CBD Oil May Temporarily Prevent Tumor Growth in Mesothelioma Patients
From Understandmeso.com:
Jim Huff was diagnosed with mesothelioma of the lungs in 2016. Immediately after his diagnosis, Huff started taking CBD oil twice daily and had no new tumor growth for 15 months. CBD is one of the components of marijuana - the other being THC. The difference, however, is that CBD is not psychoactive - that is, taking CBD oil does not make you feel high, nor does its use show up in drug tests. Also, CBD is not illegal federally or in states where marijuana has not been legalized.
Whether Huff’s mesothelioma was temporarily halted by using CBD, neither Huff nor his oncologist is sure. But even after his mesothelioma started progressing, Huff continued taking CBD oil, as well as THC oil, in conjunction with the immunotherapy drug Keytruda in February 2018, and is still alive as of August 2018.

Workers' Compensation and Mesothelioma: A Case Study in Louisiana
From Understandmeso.com:
Ray Rando was 59 on Sept. 23, 2005, when he was diagnosed with malignant mesothelioma. On Nov. 22, Rando filed suit against H.E. Wiese, Inc., also known as Jacobs Contractors, Inc., and Parsons Infrastructure & Technology Group, Inc.
Rando alleged he had developed mesothelioma through asbestos exposure while working as a pipe fitter for these companies in the early 1970s. At trial, Rando presented evidence of his asbestos exposure while working for Jacobs Contractors in late 1970 and early 1971; for Parsons from April to December 1972.
