#2. Write something that someone told you about yourself that you never forgot.
Someone told me i am very empathetic. That i run so much on emotions that I forget myself.
To love yourself is not selfish. I read that somewhere. But i keep telling myself that i dont deserve the love of my parents, sibilings, husband, friends.. i dont deserve the praise that i am given. I dont deserve anything. Why you ask. I dont know. It is a twisted and addictive way i torture myself. When i feel low i tell myself that i am the wors thing that has happened. And if i were to be deleted the worls would be a better place. True fact, it never would be.
I dont know why I dont empathise with myself.
If you feel the same negative destructive way imagine yourself to be a block in a building blocks game. You are IMPORTANT. If you disappear, the whole thing would just collapse or it wouldnt be stable.
Keanu Reeves in an interview said, after we die, the people that love us will miss us the most.
In my negarive bubble, i take that thought as a silver lining. WE MATTER. YOU MATTER. I matter.
I am just rambling here but before you think of lending out a helping hand, tell yourself that you are the bestest version around. With all the cracks and dents, you are beautiful!
All the negatives will soon become a big positive. This too shall pass!

Its a sad state of affairs.. The Indian promises of freedom turns ugly. Blaming the father who just lost her daughter, asking the mother why she hadn't shed enough tears.. Is this what India wants from its people?
