Any good places to buy stuff like ears, tails, and masks? We've been looking around on places like Etsy and Amazon but it's all either high quality but crazy expensive or affordable but low quality. Help out someone new to buying therian gear please? Looking specifically for wolf stuff ^_^

Explaining my therian identity is hard because it involves a lot of spirituality that I can’t explain very well, but I will try.

I am very in-tune with myself and my past lives, I had frequent dreams about being all sorts of stray and domestic cats, as well as red and arctic foxes. And when I woke up from those dreams I felt disoriented and as if I was ripped from my body, and placed in a fur-less one. I often then and now have had phantom shifts. like feeling fur on my skin, having all sorts of tails, whiskers whatever. When I was 5-9 I even prayed to the stars to have my body be switched with a fox or a cat before I knew that was impossible.

I believe a few things:

My soul has a part of each of my theriotypes in it, and the human part is in the middle.

Those parts of me guide me and help me be who I am today.

Phantom shifts exist to comfort me.

I believe I am NOT physically any of those animals. I never thought that I was. I believe I am an animal in my soul, and my brain is a bunch of ascended animals that have gained the ability to talk upon death and rebirth, as well as that bit that’s human. I mean, I was born to human parents, so I can’t biologically or physically be any of my theriotypes. I can’t change that. But with my human body and my human hands, i wanna be as close to those lives as possible and still feel what I felt when I was all those cats and all those foxes.

This is just my experience and my identity. Every therian is different.

Not that anyone cares about my identity, but since I have my past life belief people doubt my identity and try to exclude me. So this is here to explain. In short, I IDENTIFY AS THESE ANIMALS SPIRITUALLY, therefore I identify to some degree, therefore I AM a THERIAN.

Do any other therians feel bad about getting taxidermy tails…?

having the tail of my dead kin makes me feel bad, even if I sourced it responsibly.

This is JUST MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. I use Faux tails because I know that no animals had to die for this to happen.
