Almond Suburban Homes [unfurnished]

[NEW] Residential Rental Lot

This version is for people who still want to use this lot and keep the amenities and outdoor decorations, but want to decorate the interior of the houses themselves. Each house will have the basics of bathrooms, the kitchen, and the laundry room already built, but obviously feel free to redecorate how you like. I just thought it would be cool to give the houses the amenities they would typically already have when moving into a REAL home. xD

Welcome to the new beautiful Almond neighbourhood!! Here on Almond Circle we have 3 gorgeous suburban style homes, on a lovely family street. Unit 102 features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a laundry room, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a dining room, a separate living room, a large upstairs foyer, a small office/study, a front porch, a back patio, and a small backyard with a slip-n-slide.

Unit 103 features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a washer/dryer in one of the bathrooms, a small office/study, a lovely sized kitchen, a separate dining room, an open floor living room, a master bedroom with a master bathroom, a large upstairs foyer, and a back patio.

This is my first ever lot I have ever built with the 'For Rent' expansion pack, so I hope you all enjoy it!! If you have any tips, suggestions, or ideas you would like me to recreate, please let me know!!
