"Happy Birthday Gaara-kun!" Ino chimed as she presented him with some white carnations. "I hope you like them."

The Kazekage took the carnations with a nod and a smile, "Thank you Ino, they are quite lovely. I had heard the Yamanaka clan run a flower shop in Konoha so it doesn't surprise me to see you have an eye for flowers." He complimented as he set the flowers to where they could be looked after and admired.

Gaara looked to the gift before taking it with a smile, "Ah yes, I almost forgot what today was. Thank you anonymous one, I have a good place for this newest addition among the rest. I will make sure they will be well taken care of. And I also thank you for your kind words, I know I still am young and have large shoes to fill but I will continue to strive to be an excellent Kazekage, for my family, my village, and the one who inspired me to take this path."
