ur making me want to watch gi joe but I feel I'd be disappointed when I find out that cobra commander is, in fact, the antagonist and not the main character

i understand completely. we all know that cobra commander is the real main character, but hasbro never caught onto that, so we make do.

if you ever did want to get your claws into it, off the top of my head for eps that are either commander-heavy or i’ve noted for good commander moments, i suggest all three pilot miniseries (”the m.a.s.s. device”, “the revenge of cobra”, and “pyramid of darkness”), “the gamesmaster”, “cold slither”, and most importantly “lasers in the night” which has MY personal favourite commander scene.

full disclosure, at least 50% of my headcanons regarding an AU of “Maul repents and lives” involves him and Kenobi basically reenacting The Road To El Dorado but like with Tatooine and some Sith or Jedi temple hidden there.

And like, complete with those fake fights. “You’re a Jedi??? You lied to me!” and “You fight like Hondo Ohnaka!” “I’ve fought Hondo Ohnaka - that’s a compliment!” 

There’s a lot of bar fights. A LOT of bar fights. Maul doesn’t start all of them.and y’know it’s not like obi-wan is a stranger to bar fights to begin with

And the horse is replaced by a sassy eopie that Ben used to bring Luke to the Lars house. Chell is some poor Tatooine resident who knows the planet better than either of them and somehow ends up stuck with their shenanigans.
