ウキョウです！料理するがすきです。大学生の時に、YouTubeでJust One Cookbook、Imamu Room、Cooking with Dogを見て、料理の仕方を学びました。でも私はフィリピンに住んでいるので、時々日本の食材を探すのが難しくて高いです。だから、テクニックと味を集中します。同じような興味とか状況とかの人々がいるかもしれないので、ブログを始めたかった。うきょうな料理の冒険をお楽しみください！

I'm Ukyou! I love cooking. When I was a university student, I learned how to cook by watching videos by Just One Cookbook, Imamu Room, Cooking with Dog. But living in the Philippines, finding authentic Japanese ingredients could be difficult and expensive. So, I focused on technique and flavor. I think there might be people who have similar situations or interests like me, so I wanted to start this blog. I hope you enjoy my unique cooking adventures!
